Abstract Marilyn Monroe on a oversized distressed denim jacket by Michele Volpe Women’s size Large. I’m a big Marilyn Monroe fan and wanted to paint something different on this jacket. I decided to paint her in an abstract style with multicolours. The imperfections in scale are deliberate. I was trying to capture her essence rather than doing an actual portrait. I painted my design on a distressed oversized denim jacket keeping to complement the abstract style. The jackets are very roomy and can easily accommodate layers of clothing underneath. This jacket is perfect for any Marilyn fan! It looks great with jeans, Midi dresses or any casual clothing. By adding extra layers you can stretch the wear into colder seasons.
