Watching the Waves by Michele Volpe original 14 x 11 stretched canvas acrylic painting. When I go to the beach on Martha’s Vineyard, one of my favorite things to do is sit and watch the waves. It’s so soothing and relaxing. I kept these thoughts and feelings in mind while I painted this scene. I like how I was able to capture the movement of the waves and how they are moving onshore.
