Mr. Red Fox by Michele Volpe original pastel on 5 x 7 sanded pastel paper. This sly fox is ready to come home to you! He is in his full winter coat and is extra fluffy. Red foxes are my favorite foxes. There’s just something about them that catches my fancy. I’ve drawn several of them but have wound up giving them to friends and family. This is the first fox I’ve been able to post for sale. I like how he’s looking into the distance for something. Whether it’s something to catch to make a den for the evening there’s a glint in his eye. I haven’t had the pleasure of seeing many foxes in the wild but I think that’s a good thing. I’m hoping you enjoy my painting!
